FORT WASHINGTON – TruMark Financial Credit Union celebrated its new branch at 700 East Market Street in West Chester on April 22 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The new branch moved from its previous location on Andrews Drive in West Chester – and opened in May 2021. A TruMark spokeswoman said the credit union was waiting to hold the celebration in recognition of the coronavirus pandemic. coronavirus that continued to spread last spring.
TruMark Financial Credit Union has 24 branches in the Greater Philadelphia area, including five in Chester, six in Montgomery and two in Delaware counties.
The East Market Street facility features an updated appearance similar to other branches of the credit union and includes kiosks instead of tellers.
Grand Opening Ceremony attendees included TruMark Financial Chairman and CEO Richard Stipa, the credit union‘s Board of Directors, management team and guests including Chamber Chair Katie Walker of Commerce of Greater West Chester.
TruMark Financial Credit Union was founded in 1939 and has over 350 employees. Membership in the credit union — which has more than 131,000 members — is open to anyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers or attends school in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery or Philadelphia counties.
